Meta Capital Inc. joins the Century 21 Global Network with new franchise office in Makati
Meta Capital Inc., a dynamic asset management firm, has officially signed a franchise agreement with Century 21, one of the world’s most respected real estate brands. The signing marks the launch of Meta Capital’s first Century 21 franchise office in Ayala, Makati City, aligning with the company’s vision to expand its service portfolio into real estate.

The signing ceremony was held at Century 21’s Southeast Asia headquarters in Taiwan and was attended by key executives from both companies. Meta Capital Inc. was represented by COO Ms. Rae Kuo, and Chairman Mr. Kangmin Xin, while Century 21 Chairman Mr. Ronald Wang and General Manager Mr. Jason Wang represented Taiwan.
